How I Lost 70lbs
After having my first baby, I I gained over 50 lbs and struggled for years without success to get back to my pre-baby me. It wasn’t until I tried a tiered calorie restriction that I FINALLY found success and lost 70 lbs!
I went from 207 lbs to 137 lbs in 9 months, all the way back to my pre-marriage weight! I was finally able to get the weight off because I discovered a method that worked for me! I could eat whatever I wanted and didn’t have to do crazy intense workouts at the gym! You can read all about how I finally lost the weight here.

Tracking my progress was a huge motivator and was a big factor in helping me loose those 70lbs.
