My Hair Growth Journey – One Month Update Using Viviscal

It’s officially been one month since I started my new hair growth journey with Viviscal, so I wanted to give you a little update on how it’s going. Spoiler alert I’m impressed! And just in time for my girl’s trip too!

My Progress:

One month into my Viviscal journey, I’m thrilled to share my progress.

Now it’s only been a month and Viviscal states that you should see full results in at least 3 months, so we’re still very early in the process. Potentially a little too early for any outside person to notice a difference, but not me!

1. My baby hairs aren’t sticking up as much = hair growth!

The biggest difference I’ve noticed is the growth of my baby hairs! They used to always stick straight up no matter what I did, and I swear they never grew, but now most of them can actually lie flat. Which means my hair is growing, hallelujah! I can even tell a difference in my hair length too, so I think it’s working y’all!

2. Visible improvement in the thickness and texture of my hair.

My hair texture seems to have changed a little as well, especially around the middle and top of my hair, it feels fuller and thicker which gives me more volume.

It just feels like it fluffs up better now, so I don’t know if it’s because the baby hairs are finally growing out or if the sheer density of each strand is actually getting thicker. We’ll see more in time.

3. Cleaner, healthier scalp and softer hair overall!

And finally, I’ve noticed my scalp feels so clean! I didn’t think much about my scalp health before but now seeing the after, I can’t believe I didn’t see how necessary it was before.

Also, my hair feels much softer, even my husband commented on how soft it felt. Which I think also has to do with the fact that I’ve been using less heat on my hair as well.
