Guys! For some reason I thought I had posted this tutorial weeks ago, but I was thumbing through some of my posts and saw this post was still titled as a draft! I immediately opened my post and realized not only had I not published it but I hadn’t even finished it! How could this post have slipped my mind? This side-swept fishtail braid ponytail is a great way to amp up your regular ponytail without taking loads of extra time to do. So I am so sorry I’ve been holding back on you all!
Better late than never right? This fishtail ponytail will take you only minutes especially if you are a pro fishtail briader! Because it is such a quick hairstyle, this look is perfect for a casual but not too casual day, for those days when your hair is too dirty to keep down, or even for the gym! Anyway, when it comes to ponytails I don’t know anyone who isn’t trying to get that extra oomph in volume. And the fishtail braid on the side is a chic bonus! Here is my method I use to create this voluminous side swept fishtail ponytail.
