One time in Provo I met a guy who wore a tribal lion T-shirt and hung a 🤙🏻 tag from the rear view mirror of his car. 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️ I met him with my Hagrid, frizzy, undone hair and we spent all night walking and talking. Quizzing each other on our Super Bowl knowledge, or better, his Super Bowl knowledge and my lack of. 🏈 One time in Provo I moved out, had a jealous roommate, and even slept in a car once. 🚗 And one time in Provo I agreed to marry that guy who didn’t care about my Hagrid hair or the fact that my nails weren’t painted and I was sweaty from running.💍 One time in Provo I buried my son. After counting each tiny finger and toe we laid him to rest in the place that meant so much to us both. 👼🏻 One time in Provo my whole life changed. This is motherhood. 💕
I have found the greatest form of happiness in being a momma. When I think about living my very best life, that life includes, more than anything else, being a mom. Yes, being an entrepreneur, a wife, a business owner, etc are key aspects of living my best life. But my babies are what make my world go round. And all else is nothing without my them. I never thought I could love like this, and In becoming a mom my love for my husband has magnified by 1000. They’re like the rising tide that lifts all the boats. I love harder and enjoy life more all because I am a momma.

With Jamie, I swore I'd never forget these special moments. And then almost three years, 3 more pregnancies, and a sibling later I am shocked at just how much I've forgotten.

Because of this, I was determined to physically document all the special moments for Mickey as they happened, and as much as I could retroactively for Jamie. So I started my search for the perfect baby memory book.
